Greek chicken and tzatziki wraps

Shopping list

Main dish, 25 minutes, 4 wraps

For the wraps
350 g chicken breast (cubed)
150 g tzatziki
50 g corn salad
4 wraps
2 tomatoes
1 red onion
half a cucumber

For the chicken marinade
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp paprika
0.5 tsp cumin
1 tbsp olive oil
pepper and salt to taste


1. Place the cubed chicken breast in a bowl and add the ingredients for the marinade.
2.  Thinly slice the tomatoes and cucumber, cut the red onion in half and slice into half rings. Set aside.
3. Heat a little olive oil in a grill pan or divide a little olive oil over a grill plate and grill the marinated chicken cubes all around until done.
4. Prepare the wraps according to the instructions on the packaging or make your own.
5. Spread a little tzatziki on the wrap and top with some corn salad, a few slices of cucumber, onion and tomato. Finally, divide the grilled cubes of chicken breast across the wrap and roll it up tightly. Repeat with the other wraps.
