1 cucumber
100 g Dutch shrimps
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
pepper, salt and fresh chives to taste
Cucumber combines well with shrimp and smoked fish.
1. Cut a cucumber into 3 cm pieces. Scoop out a shallow indentation in the middle with a spoon or melon baller.
2. Mix 100 g Dutch shrimps with 1 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt.
3. Season to taste with pepper, salt and fresh chives.
4. Fill the hollowed-out cucumbers with the shrimp mixture.
